Mini-Villas (or THE Mega-Villa)
When we designed the original villa, it was with friends and families in mind. After a few years of renting our beloved villa, we realized that our beach and our compound lacked the perfect vacation rental for couples….something very upscale, very private, luxurious and romantic. And then, our loyal villa guests all told us that every year when they returned, the only problem was that EVERYONE wanted the upstair’s master suite. So, we designed the new mini villas with a careful ear to our guest’s wish list, and designed each of them very similar to the upstairs of the villa.

For couples, it is the ultimate in a beach vacation. For families and groups, everyone gets the “best” room.
There are 3 of them, one on each floor of a 3 story building. They overlook a large pool, complete with a swim up palapa style bar, a BBQ/Entertainment center and a beachside shower/restroom. They each boast open air kitchens/dining/living areas, king size master suites, walk in glass block showers and the most incredible view ever!

They are very private and very upscale….traditional Mexican elegance. They are also very large, each one approximately 700-800 square feet.
The only thing between you and the beach is the pool, the tradewinds are never ending and, in the upper 2 units, you can actually sip coffee in bed and watch for whales every morning!
