One step beyond the beautifully carved door into your private compound, your dream begins. The beachfront compound is nestled between the secluded 3 mile stretch of beach (Playa Troncones) and the Sierra Del Sur Mountains.
Designed in traditional Mexican elegance, Sirena offers the best of all worlds. All accommodations have open air kitchen/dining/living rooms, king or queen master suites (all with a/c options), walk in showers, pools and and a beachfront view like none other. They also have beach palapas with lounge chairs available for all guests to share.

The three-bedroom (all king suites) Private Beachfront Villa has it’s own private pool, a spectacular king master suite upstairs, and 2 king suites poolside with private patios downstairs. The master suite upstairs opens dramatically into the open air kitchen/living/dining rooms. All overlook the pool and beach. The only thing between you and the beach is the pool. The private villa has it's own pool and BBQ/Entertainment center complete with a gas BBQ grill.
The three new “Mini Villas” (or for an incredible experience, rent them all as a “mega villa”) are each king suites, and each boast open air kitchen/living/dining rooms, are beachfront, and large, 700 –800 square feet each. The master suites, as in the private villa, open dramatically into the open air kitchen/living/dining rooms. Again, the only thing between you and the beach is the pool!
The "penthouse style" 2-story Bungalows are a great whale watching perch… 2nd story queen suites with 3rd story living/dining/kitchens. Absolutely perfect for a couple, they are very private and romantic. Share a candlelight dinner (prepared by our housekeeper) on the 3rd story balcony overlooking the ocean... a very special treat.
The mini villas and penthouses share a huge pool with a swim-up bar, beachfront shower/bathroom, and a poolside cocina complete with a gas BBQ grill.
Perfect for groups of friends and loved ones, the compound was designed with the utmost of privacy in mind. The poolside BBQ/Entertainment center(s) have wet bars, and are the perfect choice for sunset hors d’oeurves, yet every suite has a very private patio/balcony.
The beach palapas and pool loungers are a great retreat with a book or iPOD, yet the 2 rear patios are a natural flow for friendship. Then there is “Hammock Haven”… a real escape from everything.
We host many weddings and honeymooners, and have had our wonderful share of Sirena inspired babies! We’re also proud to be the founding members of the “GMVD Anonymous” (GET MORE VACATION DAYS) club…and, so of course, we have WiFi.
Indulge in local fine dining (traditional Mexican or seafood offerings), engage one of our housekeepers for traditional Mexican fare, or, to the never ending delight of our “chef guests”, allow our houseman to arrange for delivery of fresh seasonal fish, lobsters, oysters, shrimp, octopus, fruits and veggies.
It’s your vacation, and we will do everything possible to make it your best one ever. And, if it is not….we want to know why! (And, who’s fault it is!)
